Timeframe: You are entitled to a refund no matter how much time has passed since your purchase. 

Product Condition: Due to the nature of our food products, we accept returns regardless of the condition of the product, whether opened or unopened. 

Reason for Return: We accept returns for any reason at all—whether you are unsatisfied with the taste, the product didn’t meet your expectations, or any other reason. 

How to Initiate a Return Contact Us: Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and any additional details you wish to share. 

Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return package. Simply print the label and ship the items back to us at 150 NW 16th St, Boca Raton, FL 33432. 

Refund Process: Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 1-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear in your account. You will be updated throughout the refund process to your contact method(s) you gave us, such as via your email or phone number. 

Non-Refundable Items Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable. Shipping fees: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. 

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you may return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. The refund will either be to your original payment method or in the form of credit, at our own discretion. You can request a refund for any reason.
